Filter: 60-65g coffee per litre of water, brewed for 3-4 min

This is a collaboration between three of Origin's long- term direct-trade partners: Fenando Lima, The Mierisch family, and Manoel Barbosa Junqueira.

Resolute signifies a no nonsense, classic idea of coffee. It' a consistent and comforting, full-bodied cup, which comes together like a barreling wave.

Santa Elena- from Fernando Lima' farm offers sweetness and mellow acidity to the cup. Some of his coffee trees are over 100 years old, and are still producing fantastic quality fruit.The Mierisch Family' contribution, -Los Altos- provides mellow acidity and juicy plum notes. Los Altos is a geographically dynamic farm composed of just over 70 hectares of rolling coffee hills. Manoel' coffee, -Sao Joao- provides the chocolatey caramel flavour to balance the blend. With 18oC average temperature, the land has presented excellent conditions for four generations of farmers.
